At MCC we believe that strong connection fosters empowerment and growth for any individual. We work hard to ensure that meetings are safe, healthy, and most of all healing.
We offer a range of workshops and groups that embody our core concepts of self-care. Our sessions are curriculum based with a focus on material that is interactive, easily absorbed, and concentrated on content that is relatable. We offer a variety of programming for anyone seeking a shared experience with other committed individuals who want wellness on their own terms. We currently offer the following options for those who are interested in finding others who share commonalities and struggles.
