MCC Nutrition, like all aspects of our work, is built upon a foundation of self-care. Food is one of our most basic needs, and for so many the decisions made around food each day can come from a place of judgement, shame, and distress. It is our mission to guide and support those we work with to improve their sense of well-being and find a maintainable, peaceful place with food. Ashley Bade, the dietitian of MCC, strives to provide an open and trusting environment that will allow clients to explore their unique relationship with food and eating, and to find a balance that feels well to them. She looks forward to working with all ages and genders, and to be a supportive observer to our clients as they develop their personalized lifestyle of self-care.
