Using a unique therapeutic and nutrition overlap of disciplines, Jen and Ashley have created a workshop specifically for women (21+) struggling to stop destructive dieting and find peace, balance, and value in their bodies and minds to prove that as women, we really are more than just a number!
Using a foundation of self-care, we will explore ways to create maintainable, healthy change in our lives. The concepts of mindfulness, intuitive eating, self-soothing, and joyful movement will be supported throughout the workshop. We encourage you to start the journey to find your value as More Than a Number. In addition, this innovative workshop incorporates the body positive movement of Shakti Flow, a fusion of yoga, dance, functional fitness, and meditation.
